We work with military units and other budget-funded institutions, with legal entities and sole traders, and with private individuals. The form of payment and the delivery method are chosen to suit the customer — both prepayment and payment on delivery are available.

We work with every client individually: we are ready to consider payment terms that are convenient for the buyer, and for large volumes and distributors there is a discount scheme.

Bank transfer
Payment against an invoice
The main method for budget-funded institutions, LLCs and sole traders. We issue an invoice and, where required, a quotation, a specification and a price calculation. Payment from budget funds — without restrictions.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery
Payment at the post office on collection, or to the courier on delivery to an address. Convenient for smaller orders and private individuals.
Payment terms
Prepayment or payment on completion
We do not insist on one hundred per cent prepayment: by agreement we accept payment on the fact of delivery, after the delivery note or the acceptance certificate has been signed.

Receive the documents
We send a quotation and an invoice. For defence procurement we also add a specification, a protocol of agreement on the contract price and a price calculation at the customer's request.

Pay by whichever method suits you
By bank transfer against the invoice, by cash on delivery or on collection. Once payment is made we agree the date and method of dispatch.

Delivery

We arrange any type of delivery within Ukraine.

Nova Poshta
Branch, parcel locker or courier delivery to an address. Dispatch with cash on delivery is possible.
Ukrposhta
Delivery to branches throughout Ukraine, including settlements with no branches of other carriers.
Meest
Branch and address delivery, including oversized and heavy consignments.
The manufacturer's own transport
For oversized products and batches — delivery to a location specified by the customer, by the supplier and at the supplier's expense.

The carrier and the method of dispatch are chosen by the customer. For large products and batches the delivery cost is as a rule already included in the price — we state this separately in the quotation. The product is packed to withstand transport: platforms and bulky assemblies are secured on a trailer or a pallet, antennas and electronics travel in cases.

The supply of certain groups of defence-purpose goods is exempt from VAT under paragraph 32 of subsection 2 of section XX of the Tax Code of Ukraine — we state this in the invoice and in the contract.

Large volumes — separate terms.

A discount scheme applies to large-volume orders and to distributors. Terms are discussed individually: volume, delivery schedule, payment arrangements and service support. Write to us with what you need and in what quantity, and we will prepare an offer for your volume.
