PilotX is the trading name of KVEYSMENT AKTYV LLC, a Ukrainian manufacturer of dual-use equipment. We design and series-produce counter-UAS systems, unmanned aerial systems, unmanned ground platforms and battery packs. Production is located in Ukraine.
We do not resell other people’s products under our own label. Every item in the catalogue is our own development, with our own design documentation and our own technical specifications to which the product is manufactured and accepted. That means we answer for the product end to end: from circuitry and mechanics to a repair a year into service.

Fair cost, no middlemen
We are the manufacturer and supply directly, with no dealer margin. The price is built from actual cost and is backed by a cost calculation on the customer’s request.

Own developments
Registered with the Ministry of Economy
All products are the company’s own developments, registered with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in accordance with applicable law.
Technical specifications have been developed for every series product, checked for compliance with the legislation of Ukraine and entered into the national Technical Specifications database. Products ship with a passport and operating instructions in Ukrainian, and pass incoming inspection of components and acceptance testing at the plant. The warranty period is 12 months and covers all parts, including bought-in components.

Circuitry, mechanics, firmware, design and operating documentation.
Machining
Housings, brackets, gearboxes and load-bearing assemblies in metal and composites.
Electronics and assembly
Board assembly, battery module build, cable harnesses, final product assembly.

Acceptance testing of every unit, warranty and post-warranty repair.

We work directly, without intermediaries.

We send a quote with full specifications, UKTZED and CPV codes, lead times and delivery terms.
Contract paperwork
We prepare the specification, the contract price agreement protocol and a cost calculation on the customer’s request.
Payment from budget funds
Bank transfer, payment on delivery or in advance — at the customer’s discretion.
